About this tutorial:
This has been a tutorial I have been wanting to get out to everyone for a while, however if you have been following my blog you have noticed I have been starting out with less complicated tutorials and slowly working up to more complex ones. The reason is obvious as I don't want to overwhelm anyone new to photography and retouching techniques. While this isn't a hugely over complicated retouch, it however did take me 15mins to explain.. So I really hope no one feel asleep watching this.
This photo was taken in Singapore at a local park at night. While the photo isn't noble prize worthy, it however will work great for this tutorial. This photo was taken on my Canon EOS 70D and Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 DC Macro Contemporary Lens. In addition a sturdy tripod was used as well as the 2sec shutter delay on my camera. The camera settings used were ISO100, f/6.3, 10sec @ 23mm.
